Create Your First Book: Part 5Transform your book into a Multi-Media PresenationThis week's message is on my home page: www.suddenlyinsite.com It is two multimedia flash presentation examples. Have your computer audio turned on. I created both presentations in PowerPoint, and then converted them into Flash using the PowerPoint Converter I spoke about two weeks ago. The converter tool was easy to learn and as you can see, adds color, motion and sound to a Web presentation, book or email message, turning it into a multi-media presentation! On the upper left of my home page is a pure flash animation. It took 30 slides, and delving deeper into the inner sanctum of PowerPoint than I have ever gone before--finding menus within menus...and finally the menu that allowed me to advance a pie chart a few degrees at a time. What fun! On the upper right of my home page is a slide presentation with narration. 10 recording sessions...and I will probably do a few more before it is perfected. That first recording session is always such a humbling experience! But they get better fast, because there is no better teacher than the mirror, the video, or the recorder. Listen to yourself and you will quickly improve! The end result of all this is multi-media! I imagine those of you who are more creative than I will go wild with additional ideas. Think what this could do to strengthen the impact of your book--or inspire you to get started writing it! Here's my source for the PowerPoint Flash Converter and all the Pictures on my site. What a great source. They have 3-D PowerPoint Creator (PowerPlugs Transitions) on sale this week--but I don't believe it will convert to flash. Still, you can use it to create awesome live presentations that up to now have only been possible for huge corporations with huge budgets. It's such a little investment that enables you to deliver unmatched excellence that will set you apart in the market place. And I bet you'll do better than the corporations because you care more about your business. Besides, it's great fun! By the way, if you don't love delving into the inner sanctums of PowerPoint, flash animation or computer technology, ask me about turning one of your key messages into a multimedia presentation.
